Jiva Catalyst Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing education, green innovation, and community empowerment to support a just and inclusive sustainability transition.
The name “Jiva”, rooted in Sanskrit, means life, soul, and the essence of living beings. It reflects our belief that every individual carries the potential to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact. The word “Catalyst” represents our role as an accelerator of positive change—amplifying community-driven initiatives while preserving the leadership and ownership of the people themselves.
We work to expand access to sustainability education, clean technologies, and green economic opportunities for youth, women, and underrepresented communities across Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asia region. Inspired by the diverse experiences and wisdom of local communities, we design programs that can be shared, adapted, and scaled through meaningful partnerships.

Maybright Scholarship Program – supporting outstanding university students committed to sustainability and community development.
RE:BION – Solar Robot Program – an AI-powered, solar-driven innovation that enhances STEM learning and supports smallholder farmers through clean and affordable technology.
Mush Cycle Hub (Upcoming) – a circular economy initiative that transforms organic waste into mushroom-based products and green entrepreneurship opportunities.
